Fee & Other Dues

  1. A fee booklet for the whole session is provided by the respective class teachers, to all students on rolls during the session. The Bank fee booklet is to be maintained for the entire session.
  2. Parents are requested to retain the fee receipt of each quarter till the end of the session.
  3. A fee booklet is issued to students at the beginning of the academic year in April, in case of loss, a duplicate booklet can be obtained from the School Office against a payment of Rs. 50/-.
  4. Fee and other dues are to be submitted through the proper Fee Deposit Slips at the branch of Uco Bank situated at Pal Road, Jodhpur. Three fee slips duly filled should be passed on to the bank.
  5. Uco bank only collects fee on behalf of the School. Therefore, all correspondence / queries with respect to School dues should be taken up directly with the School Office.
  6. The fee is to be deposited quarterly in the Bank in the months of April, July, October, & January. All fee dues are to be cleared on quarterly basis.
  7. School Fee is payable from 10th to 20th in the 1st month of the quarter starting from 01 April, 01 July, 01 Oct & 01 Jan.
  8. Fee should be paid by the 'Last date of payment' as indicated .If "Last date for payment" is a holiday then the day before such holiday is considered to be the "Last date for payment".
  9. The School fee must be paid by the 20th of the above mentioned months, failing which a late-fee fine will be levied. Fine for late payment of fee : If fee is not paid by the Last date of payment a fine of Rs. 50/- per month including all holidays, will be charged.
  10. Additional Penalty :- If the fee for a last quarter is not paid by the ' Final date for payment' with fine, the name of the students will be struck off the rolls without any further notice and the student will not be allowed to attend SA 2 until an additional penalty of Rs. 500 is paid along with late fine of Rs. 50/- per month.
  11. No fee shall be treated as of the current quarter or advance until and unless all previous fee dues are cleared in full.
  12. Issuing of fee reminders is not mandatory for the School. It is the duty of parents to deposit the fee as per the schedule.
  13. All communications regarding fee are normally routed through the students. Parents are requested to make their wards aware in this regard.
  14. In case a 'Tuition Fee Certificate' is required from the school for the purpose of availing Income Tax Rebate, the parents must produce the counter slip of the paid Fee Booklet along with the application in the school office before obtaining the above certificate.
  15. Fee Structure can be amended or revised any time without prior notice to the parents, whenever it is deemed essential, decided and approved by the Managing Committee.
